This was totally unnecessary. Dude could have just went through like everyone else.

That was super disrespectful. It would have been an easy repair, but he had to incredible hulk that fence. I hope they did the right thing and let the homeowner know. I would be pissed to get back home and see the fence just laying in the yard.

When stuff like that happens, it's usually paid for by the Municipality. In cases where there's a dispute for liability, you can take it to Civil Court. In many cases that damage is included in the suspect's restitution judgment and, finally, homeowner's insurance may cover it. In any event the homeowner has to file a claim within a certain time period or gets nothing and any/all repairs come out-of-pocket.​

Probably disrespectful, but we don't know what type of criminal that was. Could've been a molestor.

The fence was half broke apart anyways. Did them a favor getting the city to pay for mending a fence that already needed repair
