I feel sorry for that random minivan he tried to take. Some poor momma picking kids up after carpool couldve died because of this fool. Dont know whether it was best for her to pull away with him shooting.
For once, i think the police shouldve used EVEN more force. Mightve needed to straight up run him over while he's trying to switch vehicles, instead of attempting to corner him, so that normal people dont die.
