I personally like Cordarrelle Patterson the most. For only playing major college football for one season, he impressed me. Plus, he's electric with the ball in his hands. Hope the Fins grab him at #12 .

Hard to say, the top guys all around the same range, it just depends where they go to be honest.

I slept on Cordarelle to be honest... Dude is fast :merchant:

I like Hunter more because of his size though...

EDIT: shyt but they are pretty much the same size now that I see the stats....

My biggest concern with Keenan Allen is that almost 2/3 of his catches came within 5 yards of the line of scrimmage, and his YAC was just average, nothing special. He excelled a lot of times because he was bigger and more physical than the guy lining up across from him. Question is, what happens when the corners in the NFL are just as physical as him? And it's not like he's Brandon Marshall or Anquan Boldin in terms of being a beast, so I think that could limit his potential. I can see him having trouble creating separation at the next level.

Woods is solid, but that's just it, he's solid. His ceiling isn't really to where he could be the #1 receiver IMO. If you're drafting a guy in the 1st round, that's kind of what you expect. Also TS, I think you could include Steadman Bailey in there also, he's right in that same area. Same with Quinton Patton and Markus Wheaton. WR class is deep as hell this year.

Thats a good point... Now that I watch more of Patterson's highlights I am:leon:

I was more in aww at how easy Allen was moving around at 6'3 215....

The combines are going to really going to be important for this crop of wide outs...

While there's no Julio Jones, Megatron, AJ Green, etc. in this class, I think it's interesting not only because of the depth in the first 3 rounds, but it really comes down to what kind of receiver you're in the market for.

Williams, Patterson, Bailey, and Hopkins can all get deep and blow the cover off the defense.

Guys like Swope and Austin are ideal in the slot

Hunter and Keenan Allen are bigger, more possession receivers.

So I think where they fall in the draft is going to have more to do with how they fit on a particular team rather than overall ability.
