I have a Wii U and PS4.
I'll be honest I didn't watch the Microsoft presentation. Out of Sony and Nintendo, I felt Nintendo had the better presentation and just day at E3 in general.
Here is why.
I feel that these companies are feeling comfortable with announcing games and simply having a CG trailer cobbled together strictly for E3 and future promotional material and that this is somehow exciting. Yeah I'm excited that Phantom Pain is coming out but I already knew that and knew it for a while yet all they showed was a trailer.
Perhaps they get enough of a response from it to encourage them to keep doing it. However, I think they forget at the end of the day no matter how awesome a trailer looks (looking at dead island here...) if the game play sucks (dead island again) and its simply a lackluster game then all the fancy trailers don't matter. Also with sony, the few times they did show game play, I think they way they did it outside of No Mans Sky didn't get me excited for the gameplay itself. Watching people clumsly try to play Little Big Planet live and a QTE scene from the Order didn't do it for me.
I think Nintendo instead took a different approach in the sense while they're still presenting the games, they presented it from a different angle. Not only did they say hey this game is coming out but they showed interesting parts of the game play, explained the mechanics better (the mechanics of Splatoons got me interested in the game) and gave a more intimate and interesting look at how the games were made (I enjoyed the Yoshi game segment and the process of making the game). This is why perhaps, a well constructed video showcasing your games may be better to some extent then an on-stage presentation. Also, nintendo didn't stop with the presentation and had the treehouse event to showcase the games some more plus the smash invitational. They seemed to be more focused on whether a game is enjoyable and fun then the look.
TL;DR, Nintendo had a better presentation

Smash Bros. came though and crushed the buildings.
