I dunno about washington, but co is an "at will" employment state. Employers don't have to make any accomodations. Boulder county voted it in about 70 to 30 percent, so they have to make some changes or they wont have a hiring base.

I was in some metings with our hr director and she mentioned they wont prohibit hiring based on it, since its a long running medicine, we still screen tho
