I was actually thinking that when I first heard it...probably only because I was watching this documentary on HBO, this weekend, called called "Mea Maxima Culpa" about how this priest would molest deaf students at this catholic school and how the pope at the time and the higher ups (during the 70s mind you) turned their heads..idk, probably had nothing to do with it, just made me think of it
