I’m 23 years old. I used to believe and participate in NoFap until I noticed that the shyt did not work, and doesn’t actually do anything.
You have a few guys that subscribe to kick their porn addiction, and the end up right back at square one because the shyt’s founded on bullshyt.
Everybody else is there because they’ve blamed their life problems on something that has nothing to do with their actual problem.

The key word is addiction. They relapse because addiction is hard to kick. Ever heard of alcohol anonymous and rehab? Stop juelzing for your filthy habit. Plus it's a sin.
