What do yall want for Nick? :patrice:

IMO he earns his salary. Steph Curry gets paid the same amount and he is underpaid. I think people believe that Nic has another level, but he only takes about 10 shots per game. The Pippen comparisons are appropriate, but he's going to need to be more aggressive. He's not a great outside shooter, but I think he can improve. I wouldn't trade him unless we were getting an all-star level talent in return.

Appreciate the article. Good read. Summer of 2015 is huge. Can the team contend for a title with LMA, Lillard, and Nic as the star players? Personally, I don't think so if those players don't improve or develop facets of their game. LaMarcus is great at the mid range game, but if shots aren't falling, can he get easy buckets down low? Lillard needs to be a consistent finisher at the rim and be a smarter defender. Nic needs to shoot better from both sides of the floor, not just the left, and be more aggressive. I know it's hard because Lillard and LaMarcus are getting the majority of shots, but Wes shouldn't be taking almost 200 more shots than him.

Losing Mo isn't great, but CJ is going to need to stay on the court and develop in order to soften the blow. T-Rob is an energy guy and I don't think he is anything more than that. @Serious dropped that Meyers Leonard exit interview in the POR-SA thread, and it sounds good, but I'll believe it when I see it. He was talking about playing at the Clippers facility during the summer, I wonder if he's going to get run during any of the pick-up games:russ:. Ekpe Udoh is an underwhelming name, and all I know about him is that LeBron took his soul after dunking on him this season. He averages 1 block per game, but I don't know if he is good on pick n roll defense, rotations, etc... I wonder what the market is like for Emeka Okafor. He's probably worth a quarter of his salary this season, but I wonder if he would like to come to POR. Of course he would have to be cleared medically on the neck issue, but am I being unrealistic? Claver says he wants to finish out his contract, so we'll see if he can take the back-up SF spot from Dorrell. I doubt it, but anything is possible.

when is lamarcus alderidge ever going to come out of the closet

its obvious nikka!
I'm saying @houston911

come on dash we've had this discussion before, the more interviews I see, the harder is for me believe, dude is straight...

im interested in seeing what mccollum can do next year. is he gonna take over the primary 6th man role or do yall see mo coming back?
yeah me too cj can definitely shoot and his handles, but his defense is thrillard status. Last I saw dude had bulked up quite a bit :Leon:

Been meaning to ask Blazer fans about dude. How do y'all see him fitting in with the team moving forward? Definitely shows flashes from time to time when he gets minutes, but mostly just fades into the background. 3 teams in 2 years is never a good thing for a lotto player, but the potential seems there. Just seems hard to not call him a bust at this point.
He's athletic as heck, but doesn't really have the basketball iq for the game. I really liked hickson tbh, but he wasn't coming off the bench or taking a pay cut...

I like him...he's a rotation player. An energy guy that can board and block. But I don't think he'll live up to his high draft spot.
Nah he won't live up to that draft spot, ....at least until he feels confident on the floor...
have a job opportunity to relocate to Portland(no sales tax) or Seattle(no income tax)....how's Portland/Seattle for a brotha in his mid 20's????
you'll eat. nikkas always eat in the northwest @illadope

Chase :troll:

See I like batum he`s a team player, dude said he'll be bulking up in the summer and working being more aggressive...

I like how you mentioned everyone on the team except Wes :Russ:

On Meyer's I believe it. Duke never had time to develop and he did bulk from last year. And believe he can from the three point line. But the man is competitive that the below average players look retarded, when they could crush any pick up game...
