Until a regulatory regime is laid out (we already have the right one) this will never happen. Just make it to where DRs prescribe shyt and if they have to shoot it let them do it in a safe injection center while a Nurse observes. If they smoke it give them the right tools, not hard. I mean it's actually embarrassing we allow such a big problem when 1/10th of one percent of the pop uses heroin 6/10ths of 1 percent use cocaine. We aren't talking about a large user base. Marijuana is by far the most abundant drug used, prescriptions are second (just relax restrictions), we already have the right regime to decriminalise drugs and already tax drugs at a high rate, not hard to just flip the switch. Coke is schedule 2 already, so is meth, so is PCP etc I mean you think Parke Davis won't make some LSD and heroin too if the market was opened up? Pharmacutical companies already make most of the abused drugs....
