Post draft: Who are the bottom 5 in the NBA?

Who are the 5 worst teams in the NBA this upcoming season? I figure it's worth talking about since next year's draft is loaded. Here's my picks.

1)Bobcats: I need to explain? Least talented team in the L

2)76ers: Picked up some long term assets in Noel & MCW, but I don't think that'll mean much this year...& that's my team
3) Suns: The whole roster is a mess. Not sure what their long term plan is. No talent & no identity.

4) Celtics: Total rebuild. Rondo saves them from the bottom 3.

5) Magic: They'll be the team where you see a lot of young talent, but their inexperience costs them a lot of wins. Bright future, but not this year.

I think the suns and the Bobcats have the least amount of talent

I like Mclemore though. They'll be bottom 10 but not bottom 5.

3. Pelicans. Could've done Twin Towers with Noel and Ant Davis, but nah. Also, their name is "Pelicans".

2. Raptors. Lesbianest - they'll always suck. No help from draft slides 'em back further.
