First year our Firm did not hand out bonuses. Been real good off them thus far. Since I handle the books, I saw it coming. Was still holding on to some hope though

As you will now be aware, we did not pay any year-end bonuses for 2013. With the various changes in personnel and other challenges, we did not feel it was possible to provide the usual monetary recognition of your efforts. That does not mean we did not, and do not, appreciate the efforts of all of our staff and associates on the firm's behalf. Thank you.


We have been working on several new approaches which we feel certain will help all of us work together to increase our results for 2014. We hope to roll these out early this year. If you have any ideas which you think will help us improve our efficiency, increase our client base, billings and collections, or reduce expenses, please share them with us.
