RAW gonna have Kurt/Balor/Joe/Owens/Jericho(even tho he gonna leave in the Summer)/Rollins/Reigns/Stroman/Lesnar and maybe even Goldberg in the main event scene.

Smackdown gonna have just Styles/Ambrose/...Ziggler/Orton/Wyatts in the main event scene

To an extent, yes.

Let's not act like Raw didn't get all the indie darlings, part-timers and future main eventers (aside from AJ) while Smackdown got all the old WWE-made guys,many of whom hadn't been relevant in years.

Smackdown just happened to make better use of what it had than Raw.

Seth is injured. Roman sucks. Owens is played out and boring now. Jericho is stale. Goldberg and Lesnar (which have been everyone's only reason to watch Raw lately) are only part timers and will be gone in 2 months. Joe is being booked horribly. Zayn is being booked horribly. New Day is old and stale. The women's champ looks like a dirty foot. Charlotte vs Sasha is old and stale. The tag team division is straight ass and boring. Balor is hurt. You still have to hear Stephanies annoying ass voice every week. Braun Strowman is being pushed as a top guy....shall I continue with how terrible Raw is? There's definitely more..
