waking up at 5am the hit the gym before work(theres a direct correlation between the time you wake up and the amount of money you make)

cold approaching more (i usually rely on club scenes, apps and meeting through people i know)

making 100k by this time next year (this I already planned on hitting just need to focus and i know i can hit that and more)

limiting red meat to 4 times a month
