So yea....when I was 10 I made the mistake of watching House on a Haunted Hill. Demons coming out of walls. Ghosts pulling open people's stomachs & yanking their intestines out. That scene where Taye Diggs was trapped in the attic after the window shut had me 
For that whole year, I never went to the top floor of our house
My mother would leave me & my brother alone & he'd sneak out sometimes leaving me scared shytless. I swore I heard shyt in the walls breh 
Id run downstairs to the living room, turn on all the lights & TVs and sit as close to the door as possible. For some reason, I thought the monsters weren't allowed to come downstairs
