The GOAT diss song is between 2nd Round KO and No Vaseline. In my opinion there's not a single diss track that can match either of these records.

Hit Em Up was straight ruthless though. I remember first time hearing it like:snoop:as a huge Biggie fan. shyt still hurts to this day.

Hit em up is just very aggressive, energetic, and the delivery is top notch. Not to mention an incredible hook. As a straight up diss track, I have always held the unpopular opinion that it was a little overrated. I just felt like there was not enough facts, not enough clever or witty disses, and too many elementary disses. People shyt on nas for saying dikk sucking lips and calling him a homo as being playground insults, but pac is guilty of the same thing. "I fukked your wife", "fat motherfukker", "you living bummy", and etc... I just feel like records like No Vaseline and 2nd Round KO are just as legendary, aggressive, and the delivery is still top notch, while also being more technical, speaking more facts, and in my opinion coming up with more clever disses.

:pachaha:I see your point. Tupac off the adrenaline of being shot/released from prison unleashed on straight emotions in that beef.
