The east coast invented HipHop fashion and has dictated most fashion trends since the beginning of the culture , especially Harlem....The south finally got some swag recently but if u watch videos/visited down there in the late 90s/early 2000s u would find some of the crustiest, most fashion backwards dudes ever....NY always been fresh, always
