OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — PragerU has released all 34 questions from a new test the Oklahoma State Department of Education and PragerU are developing to ensure teachers coming to Oklahoma from states like California and New York aren't what they consider "woke."
The questions range from presidential history to Supreme Court decisions to gender identity. You can take the test yourself at ↪ https://www.prageru.com/t .. ification-test or see the questions and answers below.
In a previous statement, State Superintendent Ryan Walters said, "As long as I am superintendent, Oklahoma classrooms will be safeguarded from the radical leftist ideology fostered in places like California and New York. Any teacher coming from these states will be required to pass our new PragerU assessment before receiving certification, because we refuse to let Gavin Newsom’s woke, Marxist agenda turn Oklahoma into the same dumpster fire California has become.”
OSDE said the test is finalized and will be implemented soon.
According to PragerU, the test is a " critical tool to help restore integrity, responsibility, and truth to the teaching profession.
"At a time when schools are being used to push radical agendas—from gender ideology to anti-American narratives—this test helps direct and support educators who are committed to teaching students the foundational values that have made America great," the PragerU website states.
