Yeah it's entirely to early but with the movement around the league the East seemed to have gotten better or maybe it's just some team improved while others will fall back. But right now I got the Cavs Raptors Pistons Pacers Celtics Heat Knicks and Hornets in as the top 8. With all of them being at least 42-45 win teams a that. But you still got Atlanta Washington and the Bucks out there too. I just feel like last season was ok cause at the top the East was stronger then the West but next season I believe the East can have at least 4 50 win teams with the potential for 5. The Cavs are the obvious favorites of course but I think for the first time in a long while the East will be able to somewhat hang with the West and the only real bad team they will have is the Nets cause I think even Philly will stay in most games this upcoming season.

Its gonna be a lot of smack talkin, "east is much better" "we won the season series" "cavs not that good"

When bron is done with them its gonna go back to "east is garbage, lebron is lucky"

Really it still feels like the Cavs and everyone else, but the East should still be improved very competitive from 2 on down. If I had to rank teams now:
1:Cavs
2:Raptors
3:Celtics
4:Heat
5:Pistons
6:Bucks
7:Pacers
8:Charlotte

It's hard putting Charlotte at 8, they didn't make any major moves and lost a couple guys (Lin was pretty good for them) but getting MKG back healthy for the year is a pretty big plus, and Kemba, MKG and Batum are a nasty trio. It's hard to call, I can still see Atlanta making the playoffs, and the Knicks and Magic will be in the mix too.
The east isn't weak anymore(and it wasn't weak last year either tbf)and there won't be too many games separating 2-10 imo. I'm personally looking forward to watching a lot of teams in the division next season. A lot of the teams have some good, exciting young players on their squads.

In the mix? :dahell:

We're a lock :martin:

I'll think the Knicks will be a %500 squad at the very least, there's just too many ifs on the team for me to be comfortable with thinking playoffs. Really the biggest if isn't even Rose to me, I have a gut feeling he'll be fine, it's Noah; if he has anything in the tank left I can see a 6-8 seed, but like I said that's a big if imo.

Knicks, Pacers, Hawks and Celts probably moving up all relatively speaking from their positions last year
Heat and Hornets probably moving down from their positions last year
