Nah...I think it just dipped below 50% very recently....so currently no majority right now, blacks are just barely largest single grouo, but not majority...unless we get some culturally ambiguous Afro-Latinos to identify...even then it won't matter....still have to be able to afford to live there. I just saw London is Falling Last Night, the security guy and his wife lived in a rowhome in DC...

Plenty of Black D.C. residents, but yeah neighborhoods that were mostly black 10 years ago when I lived there are either under 50% black or approaching it. I lived near Rhode Island Ave metro. I went there for New Years a few weeks ago, and where the small parking lot use to be for the station are condos,Chipotle, visually stimulating landscape, etc
