I remember we had an article here awhile back about they surrounded our consulate with Cuban flags so it couldn't be seen or something silly.

Cuba is like marijuana... why anybody cares in 2016 is beyond me. Should have opened up relations a long time ago. To sit there and cry about human rights, while China is our biggest trading partner and we consider countries like Saudi Arabia an ally is comedy.

The Vatican made this happen. Obama even shouted out Cardinal Ortega, and there was an article in Sept 2015 about how the pope (frontman for the College of Cardinals and the Holy See of the Vatican) is the main reason why this is happening.
