Who discusses sex at work? Who's not getting jobs because they are gay? Why/how would the employer know you are gay? Is this about Men wanting to dress in dresses and heels at their place of work?
Are black people not protected from work place discrimination, legally?

I seriously want to know how gay people are being discriminated against in the work place. Maybe I never worked a crappy job, but the topic of sexuality has never come up anywhere I worked, so how would I know someone is gay? And who really cares about their co workers that much to want to know?
