Amazon refused to honor a warranty for a controller I got, I was like I need either a replacement or refund or I'll probably leave service.

There response? We'll give you your money back
But I didn't see that reply for about an hour. When I reply to it they closed my account and said they not honoring what was said in the chat

I now compare prices and Amazon not even cheaper or better than Walmart. Walmart used third parties as well plus has better warranties for shyt. For prime day I looked up shyt then looked it up again on Walmart and the prices were better on Walmart more times than not so check everywhere my Gs

That doesn't sound like Amazon they're usually quick with the refunds. What's the rest of this story?

So I been a PRIME member for years, getting charged the $15 a month or so. I don't even think of it
And everything you said, I believed in wholeheartedly without having incident.. ever.
I got shyt that needed to return because I got extra and they was always like "ahhh keep it"

I'm aware you can pay $200 a year and everything you get is covered no matter how much shyt you get

BUT, if you ever read the comments sections there are always people saying how things didn't go down like they did for most of us I assume
So the issue, I bought a G4/G7 sir controller? I'm forgetting the name but its the joint that don't get stick drift. I used it for about 7months without issue then one day it just stopped working. I bought a 2yr extended warranty at the time as well. I hit up Amazon and they direct me to the makers of the Gamesir G7 whatev and they want me to take pictures which I do (there no damage so its pointless but ok) They kept having me do pointless shyt over the course of a week via email and then they just stopped replying.

I tell Amazon and they bullshyt saying its up to them until a year is up. After a year I hit up Amazon and they just flat out bullshyt, I'm like I been waiting for a minute now and y'all keep bojanglin so I need a refund or replacement or I'm likely going elsewhere with my business (that's the summery in the chat, but I was polite in the chat)

When I peeped in my email that my Amazon sub was cancelled I was like "These dirty muthafukkaz"
I go back to the app and notice I had a reply from an agent saying they will refund me for the controller. I go back into the chat and its a different agent. They review the convo. He says he has to talk to his supervisor. Then they tell me yeah, kick rocks. We not giving you shyt

I stand here today looking like a whole bytch. I've since that time spent about $1400 with Walmart, Just yesterday I was going to get a external SSD to use with my iphone (plugs directly in the phone) and I would have used Amazon. Best buy got it at the same price, gets here tomorrow. Amazon would have gotten it here tomorrow as well if I was a prime member, Friday if I wasn't. Best Buy FOR THE WIN. fukk AMAZON. But I get it if you feel differently.
