What are your projections for a prime Kyrie in the next 3 years as Bron steps down ala D Wade and becomes a healthy contributing second option who will probably average 23/7/7.. Kyrie averaging 26ppg so far in Feb and he's had multiple stretches of 20 games where he's averaged 25ppg as a 2nd option. I could see him at 28ppg 7apg/5rpg on 52/44/88. He's the best mid range shooter in the nba at 57%. Once his 3 point shooting catch up to his usual 41% Cavs will be unstoppable :jbhmm:

:russell: You could say the same about Steph, they've played roughly the same amount of games when you account for the lockout year their first 4 years
Steph's only notable injuries have been his ankle-related, Kyrie on the otherhand -

In the next three years, considering that LeBron's TOP and usage rate will only decrease slightly and Love's will increase - I'd say around 24 ppg and 7 assists.

He's never averaging 7 assists, not the way he plays and honestly he looks more for his own than to create.

He averaged 6 in 2014 - who's to say as he matures as a player (he's only 23) that he can't average at least ONE more per game? :manny:

He's averaged 6 assists with no offensive players in 2013/2014. He'll average 7apg easily

He had more free reign than, I don't see him ever getting that type of responsibility while Lebron is around.

I mean it's not unfathomable, but I also don't see him doing it unless a lot changes to that roster/he gets a far bigger ball handling role, which is unlikely with the way Lebron operates and his refusal to play off the ball.

Lebron jumper is too unreliable for him to play off ball. He maximizes his talent by being ball dominant. I mean you wouldn't ask Westbrook to play off the ball. Once his jumper is respectful again he'll play off the ball more. He's starting to do it somewhat, he's averaging 16 shots a game on 54% since January 1st

He did but he played in a horrible system with horrible complementary players - I mean when Waiters is the second best player on your team, you ain't gonna do shyt. I do agree though in part that LeBron being around could potentially stop him from hitting a career-high in assists.

Agreed. But honestly we don't really know how LeBron will change his game and allow the younger players to take over once he's not in the argument for being the best player in the league. I think two years from now, he'll scale his usage/TOP right back which will allow him to extend his career and remain fit for the postseason(s).
