Prime Shaquille O’Neal was insane. How is he not in the GOAT conversation?

People always ask what’s my top 5 and I put Shaq in there and they look at me confused like we didn’t watch that 1998-2004 stretch where teams were literally ruining their rosters trying to sign every 7 footer in the league to take fouls off this MF. :skip:

Todd Macculluch earning 6 figure just to stand there and take a foul.

Yeah he was a dikk and a degenerate but give the man his flowers. 2nd best Laker in history after Kareem :wow:

Not a better laker than Kareem, Magic, Worthy, or West,

You could argue he's one of the biggest underachievers in NBA history.
:hubie:
Only small MF say shyt like this. “Oh just work harder and run sprints” he was 7 foot 350lbs. :mjlol: shyt probably hurt getting out of the bed in the morning. Of course he isn’t going to have the motor of a 6’6 bean pole.

In his 14th year in the league he was averaging 23 and 10 on 60% with 2 blocks playing 67 games. Get that production out of any big man in their 14th year in the last 30’years.

For comparison Tim Duncan was averaging 13 points in his 14th year :mjlol: I guess Timmy was lazy

Tim Duncan never missed the playoffs and wasn't coming into seasons saying he got hurt on company time and he'll rehab on company time.

Yeah let’s be reality. Like Roy Jones don’t have the resume of a prime Sugar Ray Robinson but we all know Roy would beat the fukk out of him.

Shaq would beat up Kareem and Wilt. Just like he beat up a prime Tim Duncan and David Robinson

Let's not revise history. In real time, people were talking about Shaq being a GOAT in the early 2000's. He was clearly the best player on his team and the best player in the league. There was MJ vs. Shaq debates at the time.

That’s exactly my point. In 2003 he was unequivocally second only to MJ then something changed where he isn’t even the best Laker. Like wtf :mjlol:
