Got it for my girl for Christmas. I've been reading bits and pieces until I wrap it, it's dope.

Who helped write it? Did he have any input before he passed?

Bought this as a gift, and only know some of his music, and have little interest in his personal life, so I barely skimmed before I gave to her.

Apparently, only 30 pages or so, are written by him, and the rest was put together after his death.

An author named dan piepenbring helped him.

Prince mapped out the whole thing but since he died dan decided not to go further than what he and prince had already discussed and worked on.

It was to chronicle up until his superbowl performance. But it now only covers up until purple rain.

It is definitely very incomplete.

I was gonna check it out regardless. I was trying to see if it was written like a Quincy Jones autobiography I read. Sounds like it is.
