Eh, lets first focus on those who didn't break the law and still can't go to college.

We can do both. The gov't got Pell Grants going crazy for everyone right now. So community college or HBCU is an option for everyone.

Bringing light to people's darkest days and making sure they don't go back to the pen. This is the type of things that college/university exist for.

Now if we can get more people to be business owners and entrepreneurs so they can employ their own people then these colleges will really be worth every penny. But that's another thread.
