Privacy Invasion/Infringement Concerns

This is to provide notice that I DO NOT consent to any images, photos, or my personal information to be distributed or disseminated on this public forum. This is the third incident since Friday, that posters specifically - @Barnett114 and @BlackPearl The Empress have either made false claims against me or threatened to expose personal information in violation of forum rules, but more importantly, state laws that prohibit the disclosure of information concerning internet users without permission or any misrepresentation of users in reference to a "misappropriation of likeness" "intrusion", defamation and slander. (As an example, there are numerous threads with photographs that are not me or my likeness, thread started by a mod that presents a false misrepresentation of me and a specific comment by the user @BlackPearl The Empress that would lead me to believe that she has an intent to post personal information considering she, herself, has made numerous complaints in reference to the same issues).

This serves as Notice that I do not consent for any biographical information, pictures or identity related information personal to myself or my family to be posted on this forum or distributed in a way that would affect my right to privacy protections. Thanks.

I didn't threaten you. I said you'd think you would move smarter given that your personal information is floating around. I never threatened to expose it. That's not what I do. Either way, stay out my business and I'll stay out of yours. And that is all I have to say about that. The way you choose to proceed moving forward is up to you.

It was also brought to my attention that my personal information was being accessed or compromised through the following quotes and from another poster, considering that I never released any personally identifying information in a public manner on this forum. Thanks.

No luck necessary with the knowledge of the law: I don't believe in luck. It's a non-issue to date as long as there aren't any future concerns. I'm not associated with any sexually explicit content, nor have I ever been employed as a stripper or sex worker that would affect how I move; I haven't engaged in any meet ups or posted threads publically disclosing sexual activities, sexually explicit comments or sex industry secrets or "enhancements", most of what I discuss is cultural or current events. Any other info about me is hearsay since it did not directly come from my mouth in the form of an open disclosure. I'm good.

Should it become an issue, you would be the first point of contact along with any administrative issues/points of contact, considering your open admission that you have knowledge of my so called "personal information" being disseminated, and you did so in writing via your comment. It's not a quest, nothing to look for; you personally handed me the confirmation. Unlike your situation, I didn't cancel out the cause for concern by promoting myself after making said complaint - you wanted it to be one way. But Thanks!! for your concern. I'm actually getting a lot of support, so no shade against the site itself and I would never do anything to cause problems for the site bc I know it's a legit forum of expression for people to engage. I just letting those involved know that my information is not for public viewing.

No one has my pics. I haven't distributed or exchanged any pics of myself in here, with the exception of a handpic back around this time last year. The pics that people are posting are not me, hence the terms, "falsify information" and "fraudulent posting." that violate based on inaccurate representation of me. (Considering a thread was created to fraudulently "expose" me based on inaccurate statements and the referenced people who I mentioned were involved in 1)creating the thread and 2)stated that there is info in reference to me up for distribution, this is to make things very clear, my position). Nothing less, nothing more.

Any other information obtained in reference to my private account, does not have my consent to be disseminated publicly. That's it. Not that complicated of a concept to comprehend.
