Problem With Playstation Plus

[We Ready]

My son has always been able to play online using my PS Plus as long as the console was activated as my primary console.


Last night it started telling him that he needed a PS Plus account to access features. I haven't changed anything and my PS Plus is still active until 2017. Anyone else ever had this problem before and have some advice for me?

I'm waiting in a queue for chat right now...just thought someone may be able to help me out.

You: OK....any chance he can get a trial account in the mean time?
Victor: We are unable to offer you any type of arrangement at the moment.
You: ok. that doesn't seem like good customer service. but I guess I have no choice but to accept that answer.
Victor: Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
You: No.

Sounds like the servers are screwing up and making you think you aren't online or something like that.

PSN has been acting screwy ever since it supposedly came back online.

And also, if you have 2 accounts, make sure you're on the account that has PS Plus. I made that mistake before
