Problem with this girl i'm dating

I have been going out with this girl for about a month now and she keeps refusing to know her role. Like, she keeps trying to dominate me and take the lead when I am the one that is supposed to. Here are some things that have happened. I do not believe in tipping and so i don't go to places that feel they deserve a tip. Well once she heard that, she DEMANDED that i go to one, and then she told the waiter very loudly that i don't tip and that she had to 'do it for me.' Then also, she has been rude to my mother and my cat. (She throws socks at the cat.) When i have told her that she needs to be more lady-like, she promised that she would but she doesn't do it. We think that she has been calling my mother and then just breathing in the phone bc she is mad that her dish did not get included at a family get-together.

The worst part is in the bedroom. She is overly 'active', wanting to be slapped and choked. And since i am more conservative, she tried to hit me last time, but her aim was off and it just kind of grazed against my cheek. I didn't blow it out of proportion bc she did not connect, but i am starting to get annoyed with her. The other night, i woke up on my stomach and with her pulling at my underwear. I sat up and basically cussed her out, to which she ran from the house and we have not spoken since.

The problem is this: we both have very good jobs and if we got married, we would be able to provide for our kids and have a big house and everything that they would need. If it were not for these few things, then there would not be a problem with her. She is perfect beyond this. How do i get her to understand that i am the man and that she needs to follow my lead more?
