I really don't know. It's hard to choose. QBG can be one, but it's just straight gangsta/mafioso rap so in that category it can be a winner, but overall I'm not sure... I'm not even sure about my choice I gave you for his best verse ever. It's so many fire spit by P to choose just one verse.
Back to your question and his 2001-2004 run - I like his flow form narcotics/solidify more than his zombie flow he was using later on or even around infamy (although "pray for me" is mad dope to me)... Flood the block flow (a little bit faster one) is also nice.
