It's disrespectful to say the comparison is disrespectful to Lupe, like Prodigy isn't a Hip Hop legend himself, Prodigy has made classic work Lupe isn't even approaching.
You have to understand not everybody has the same opinion as you. I think 3.5 mics for Lupe's new album is extremely generous, 2 mics to me and I felt that was generous, lucky the beats were good.

As much as I like some Lupe songs he doesn't have a song as dope as this, no matter what puzzle raps people try to post.

Prodigy is winning because of a combination of nostalgia, old heads and "Hip Hop purists" thinking younger rappers can't be better than old ones, bitterness towards Lupe's greatness and fans proudly acknowledging it that turns normally sensible men into annoyed emotional haters, and Lupe having the inaccurate reputation of dropping nothing but bad music since The Cool. It has nothing to do with actually being a better rapper. Prodigy is a very good rapper. Lupe is an elite one. We got nikkas not only saying prodigy is better, but we got nikkas like you saying by a COUNTRY MILE? REALLY nikka? The guy who made these has someone a country mile ahead of him?

Actually I own Lupes first two albums. Dude just never reached the potential he could have. His beats are subpar and he thinks hes smarter than the listener. P from 95-2000 is one of the goats. Lupe never reached that level even tho he has the talent but its too late. For the record that nikka like my age so go head with the old head talk
I'm probably younger than you @Versa and it's clear as day that Prodigy is a better rapper. Lupe has no classics and no impact compared to Prodigy. Even on Chicago.

When you say stuff like this, and plenty of other stuff you say/said it completely takes away your credibility, trust me if you ask P who is better out of him and Lupe he's not saying Lupe lol. He would probably think Lupe is corny, which he often is.
You don't have to take anybody seriously, in turn no-one has to take you seriously either. We're talking music and P made better music. The Infamous and Hell On Earth are better than each and every one of Lupe's albums.
