It's around this time that school districts start looking to fill positions for next year.

If you have a bachelors you can take a certification test and teach at the lateral entry level.

I'm part of a hiring committee for my school and we specifically look for blk males.

Just entering, the money isn't much, $38,000, but you get summer's off and still draw a check. Moreover, there are lots of opportunities for advancement as districts tend to promote males quicker as administrators.

Don't wanna be in the classroom, get ur license and apply for a facilitator position to support behavior or curriculum in schools. You won't be in a classroom, but work as a consultant for different schools.

I'm trying to get a couple of my male friends to take the praxis for technology b/c there are always Special ed and technology positions open. Gotta start somewhere!

PM me resumes or cover letters and I can go over them and send u a tweaked copy.

Lite work! :salute:
