I was stating that it's best to provide them medication for particular viral illnesses that they can transmit to citizens, not medications for heart disease, cancers and such..

you can't live side by side with an illegal during a pandemic or epidemic and you don't provide them vaccines arguing theyre illegal when they're still in your proximity illegal or not.
