I'll agree to that, but most of the pundits and media figures never say it. They have nothing to lose and everything to gain by speaking plainly.

That said rent freezes don't work. There's no fat to cut in most grocery stores, margins are like 2%. That's high school economics. (Never mind the fact most people don't read above an 8th grade level).
