Just watched on Redbox.....good film. 
I could see a sequel popping off, but really doesn't need one. I think it can hold its own in in the time travel sub-genre of sci-fi. They give a lil shout out to Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventures, which didn't have a sequel.
Almost caught some shiit in my eye at the end
