ranch style 3 bedroom house built in 1950 ... rochester ny ... was 90k all through the 90s into 2014ish ... then shyt shot up to 260k recently
a mile north the next town always paid 8k taxes. I stayed in my town because it was cheap but shyt is rising... that spike in increase is bullshyt really. At one point I was paying only 9k for all bills and taxes including cable and phone. I learned theres no such thing as budget... shyt changes regardless.
people say they would rather rent... they are dumb and not thinking like an adult... sure landlord will pay for problems... but they pay monthly for no ownership for what I pay in 4 months. Ive only paid maybe 3k in repairs in 10 years... they are stupid. Plus, being an adult or owner teaches you how to avoid problems. I can fix and assemble a furnace now because I would rather learn than pay some dude to charge to 800$ for basic shyt. People out here are so dumb they pay 80$ bi weekly for someone to mow their lawn... thats idiotic really.
I always had money. its a burden because majority of people are broke and when they get (debt) and "money" they squander it anyways. whats the point in having money to give it away for nothing. nikkas will get maids to clean and shyt and just throw money away. Broke people want to appear rich and rich people want to live broke.
A broke person will go in debt buying a corvette to look rich. A rich person will buy a junked corvette to try to rebuild it by hand. Most people are broke and try to stunt like debt is wealth its weird to me but I understand it
