Talk to the other half of my family a couple weekends ago. They are eagles fans and went up to philly for the parade.
They got there super early. SEPTA was free that day. Took the SEPTA to downtown. Got off. Already tons of people have arrived. They had to use the portajohns. Once you move, you lose your spot. There were people smoking pot and drinking in the open. Not as family friendly as you would think.
