PS golds fukked - help me brehs!

so my ps gold headset is picking up the connection to the sub adapter and mic is working but the sound is still coming out the TV.... Tech support seems pretty useless, any of the coli brehs got the answer?

are your sound settings on the ps4 set to headsets only for output?

Nah breh it's outputting through hdmi

Hold down the PS button, go to adjust devices, then set headphones to all audio instead of chat audio

Also are the headphones paired correctly?

Is the blue light solid on the USB stick and the headphones?
