Been doing this for me ever since I got it( on & off ).

Was watching Powers this morning and every time a new esp came on I had to turn the PS4 off and turn it back on.

You guys should try rebuilding the database. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds, plug the controller in via usb and go to rebuild database.
