Looks like PSVITA 3000 got trademarked in Japan. If this still doesn't have any L2 and R2. :camby:
My guess is that its a Slim Vita with the original higher res screen.

and hardly any games will take advantage of it as 99.9% of 3DS owners don't have those buttons, you're proving my point
They support legacy games that used the circle pad pro attachment and are continuing to support it with future games.
