Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is an upcoming open world action-adventure stealth video game developed by Kojima Productions. This time around, Phantom Pain picks up right after the events of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes where Venom Snake roams Africa and Afghanistan during the Soviet War. Taking the MGS stealth gameplay open-world was a task that Hideo Kojima successfully met, and the visuals look gorgeous in the new Fox Engine.

This new installment wraps up the story of Geralt of Rivia where he must take on a new mission. A new otherworld army known as the Wild Hunt broke through the Northern Kingdoms and the only person who is able to stop the chaos happens to be the Witcher. Scarecrow has returned to Gotham City and with him comes several of Batman’s enemies all working together to once and for all kill the Batman. Gotham has been re-designed for new-gen and to allow the use of the Batmobile for the first time, which can be summoned and dismissed at will.

Set in California, the game seems to have a goofy, colorful vibe to it, as seen in the early Dead Rising games. This game will be released in 2015.
