Why does the pic say the DLC is included though?
It's a bulletin stating what's included... Relax, breh you're getting everything. There's also more add-ons coming later this year I'm not sure if they're free though.
I think they're saying that FUTURE DLC will be cross-buy and people with the Season Pass on PS3 still get it on PS4.

All the DLC is included with the game I believe with the exception of some MP guns and perks.
