Also I can use another Hdmi channel on my tv and watch tv while stream playing PS4 on Mobile or PC..without using my Flatscreen HD if wanted to be

yepp works on all androids 4.0 + unrooted... no root access needed...just the newest APK that works with the PSN update that's all
it's 1 APK that has the controller buttons on screen and its another APK that has invisible buttons..so u can pick which one u prefer to use..
You can use the PS4 controller by signing into another account on the PSN..5 things can be logged at one time..
