I WFH so i have a bunch of free time and wanted to create a thread. I have seen many threads with people that post YouTube videos and say to go to a specific time, but that is not needed. If you right click the video the box below will pop up:
If you click "Copy video URL at current time" it will timestamp the video. then you can right click and paste the output. Example:
You can only do this on the phone if you have YouTube in the browser on desktop mode, but you have to hold the screen until the box opens.
