They fixed it, apparently when they fixed the DDOS hack yesterday they reset some PSN passwords on "accident"

You should never reuse passwords. The problem is when one place gets compromised all your accounts are too.

They finally initiated 2 factor authentication. I would recommend everyone activate it asap.

I have 2 step on nearly every account that has it now. Google, facebook, steam, etc. it should be common place now given how easily accounts are hacked these days.
