The bigger question is why Brooklyn nikkas never taken puff out cause he's the nikka who got your man killed... puff walking around new york untouched is amazing when he literally got big killed thinking that since pac is dead and suge in jail and the SouthSide Crips have our back we can go to L.A. and be ok.... dumb ass nikka had biggie death certificate already signed when he told big we can go back to cali.....
Secondly puff has tighter security now and plus cameras are everywhere heavy on him now since kading released that book and documentary plus he doesn't venture south of Wilshire Blvd....
Let him rolled through Inglewood, Compton, watts, south L.A. and I don't care if he's with snoop or game he's getting blasted
So there are enough people wanting him dead that the moment he crosses a certain line one of them will spot him and start dumping immediately.
Let's just assume the above as fact.
What's stopping them from seeing him on the other side of the line and popping him there?
It would have to be either
100% of the people wanting him dead on sight never cross to his side of the line
Or
They are not "allowed" to blast on him except if he crosses to their side.
