Puffer coats: Right size or big size?

For those who wear winter, puffer coats. I see some people wear them joints way bigger then their normal size. Then some wear it regular. Whats your philosophy?

Depends on the brand i bought my North Face nuptse a size smaller than my other coats because i didnt like the way the bigger size looked.
