G Unit was not under Aftermath nor Shady. 50 Cent and The Game were the only artists under the umbrella. Banks, Buck, and Yayo were all G Unit/Interscope.

BIG was doing the smart thing. He was on FIRE at the time, so why not put his crew on and make money together?

It's mentioned in old articles that Puff wasn't fond of Un. So his reaction might have more to do with that than anything. Though, it's not a coincidence that Big brought his spinoff groups to another label and NOT under Bad Boy.

History repeated itself when the next Bad Boy superstar put his crew on with Jermaine Dupri, and NOT under Puff.
