fukk that bytch feelings,excuse my language.But what pressure?despite stealing flows,not writing her own lyrics people still want to see her "win" over more deserved women and especially male rappers.
All this shows is how much people really hated Nicki but couldnt say it,because she had the juice. fukk all these phonies in rap,I wanna see Nicki win now,I wanna see Dreezy win. I hope it all comes crashing down for this woman and everybody who cosigned her.
Well the pressure I'm referring to is stuff like calling her Pac, when even Cardi herself said that she just wants to make money and entertain, she's (apparently) never wanted the throne. Especially when Cardi doesn't possess the same level of talent as Pac did OR the insight for social commentary and relatability across the board... It's a ridiculous comparison. Cardi's a hood chick that's famous because she's likable, is able to create hits, and was on TV. Everyone else wants to make it bigger than it is.
I agree though, I think a lot of this is coming from the fact that people didn't like Nicki at all, and it's very telling. I've heard that she's not the nicest person in the industry too, and I would imagine that world is a lot smaller than we think, so... It's not a stretch. Cardi seems to be more likable than Nicki, so I could see why people would identify with Cardi more.
