Kind of a shaky outing for Teddy Two Gloves. He seems to favor the check down receiver. Granted it was his first ever NFL action, so he'll get more comfortable back there. It was pretty cool to hear the crowd chant "Teddy" before he came in.

Defense looked great. It's amazing how much of a change a few new players and a new coach can make. I know it was just one preseason game, but I think they'll be a top 10 defense this year.

Although I'm not a Ponder fan, I was disappointed that our own fans booed him when he came in. Come on people, he's the 3rd string guy coming in late in a preseason game. You're really gonna boo him? Ray Rice even got cheers in the Ravens game, for fukk's sake.

Minnesota Vikings defensive tackle Linval Joseph was struck in his calf by a stray bullet fired in a nightclub in downtown Minneapolis early Saturday morning, the team said in a statement.

The Vikings said Joseph was an innocent bystander at the time of the incident, which occurred inside 400 Soundbar just before closing time. The team described Joseph's injury as minor and said he would return to practice sometime this week. He was treated at a hospital and released Saturday.
